About these terms

These terms apply to your use of www.morion.in and access.morion.in (the “Sites”), operated by Morion Automation Pvt Ltd (“Morion”, “we”, “us”). By using the Sites you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

What we do

Morion is the authorised Indian distributor of building-technology, smart-home and entertainment brands, including MDT, Tense, 1Home, Trivum, Displine, Fasttel, Blauberg and Earthquake Sound. We supply, specify and support these products for architects, consultants, system integrators and project teams across India.

The Sites are for information and enquiries. They are not an online shop.

Product information

Product descriptions, specifications, images, datasheets, CAD files and brochures on the Sites come from the brand manufacturers and from us. We take care to keep them accurate, but they can change without notice. Always confirm specifications, compatibility and availability with us before you design around a product or place an order.

Enquiries, quotations and orders

An enquiry or a contact form submission is not an order. Prices, lead times and availability are given only in a written quotation from Morion. A sale is made only when we accept your purchase order in writing, and it is then governed by the quotation and our written order terms covering payment, delivery and warranty.

Downloads

Downloadable materials such as brochures, datasheets and CAD files are provided for your professional use in specifying and installing the products. Brand names, logos and documents belong to their respective owners. Please do not resell or republish them as your own.

Warranty and support

Product warranty and after-sales support are described in the quotation or order confirmation and follow the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the Sites. In particular:

• do not use them for anything unlawful;
• do not try to disrupt them or gain unauthorised access;
• do not scrape them in a way that affects performance;
• do not submit false information or someone else’s information.

Intellectual property

The Sites’ design, text, images and software are owned by Morion or used with permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property to you.

Links to other sites

The Sites link to other websites and to our enquiry system at access.morion.in. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Morion is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Sites or reliance on the information on them. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy at /privacy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Sites means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
